Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by region)

Tracking:
Most orders include tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Packaging:
All cards and collectibles are packed securely with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.

Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions, but we’ll always help you resolve issues when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
