PSA Grading Submission Terms & Conditions

Stardust Dragon Duel Academy

Please ensure you have a customer account with Stardust Dragon Duel Academy before submitting any items.

By submitting items for PSA grading through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


General Requirements

  • Do not submit items that show evidence of trimming, recolouring, restoration, tampering, or questionable authenticity.

  • If PSA rejects an item for grading, no refunds will be issued.

  • If an incorrect PSA service level is selected, PSA may adjust the order and apply additional fees.

  • Turnaround times begin when the order arrives at PSA and are approximate.

  • Data Entry Fee: $2.00 per card if the online form is not completed.

  • PSA service pricing does not include card review.

  • Prices are in CAD and do not include taxes.

  • Weekly submissions are available for all service levels.

  • PSA grading currently supports cards only.


1. Payment & Service Level

Customers must pay for grading services at the time items are dropped off.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct PSA service level and for any PSA-applied upcharges.
Stardust Dragon Duel Academy is not responsible for covering upcharges.


2. Upcharges & Item Forfeiture

If PSA applies an upcharge, an invoice will be issued once graded items return to us.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days.
Failure to pay (without prior arrangement) may result in forfeiture of items.


3. Submission Requirements

  • Customers must complete and submit the online submission form in full.

  • Each card must be placed in its own Card Saver.

  • Cards must arrive in the exact order listed on the form.

  • Cards not in Card Savers are subject to a $0.50 per-card fee.

  • Missing forms are subject to a $2.00 per-card data entry fee.


4. Weekly Submission Schedule

  • Submissions are sent to PSA once per week, typically on Tuesday.

  • Weekly cutoff is Friday (subject to change).


5. Cleaning & Liability

Stardust Dragon Duel Academy does not clean cards.
A wipe-down service is available upon request.
We are not responsible for any damage to cards.


6. Fees & Release of Items

Customers are responsible for all PSA fees, shipping fees, and processing fees.
Grades and items will not be released until full payment is received.
Our service includes insurance and shipping to and from PSA.


7. Communication

All communication regarding PSA submissions will be sent via email.
Customer support is available through our support contact or help portal.

We will provide confirmation upon receiving your items, along with tracking updates throughout the grading process.


Non-Compliance

Failure to follow these terms may result in refusal of PSA submission services through Stardust Dragon Duel Academy.
