SELLING CARDS TO US GUIDE

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please understand that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT BUY YOUR CARDS/PRODUCT for various reasons, such as product condition, having an overabundance of that particular product, market conditions, etc.

Selling to Us

All trades with Stardust Dragon Duel Academy must be submitted through our website using either our Buylist or Easy-Buy Buylist. These systems allow you to quickly and securely sell your trading cards to us at clearly listed prices. Please send a list of cards or pictures, and we will do our best to give you fair offers in an appropriate time frame. 

Select the appropriate TCG category for the cards you wish to sell. You can search for specific cards using the search bar or narrow results using available filters such as set, rarity, or version. The current buy price will be displayed for each eligible card.

Once you locate a card, enter the quantity you wish to sell and click Add to Buylist. You may also select a card condition to preview pricing; however, all cards are reviewed upon receipt, and final condition determinations are made by our staff. You may adjust quantities or remove items from your cart before submission.

If you are unsure of card versions or exact printings, we strongly recommend using our Easy-Buy Buylist.

Submitting Your Buylist

Before submitting your buylist, please ensure the following:

  • Cards are sorted exactly in the order shown on the checkout page and confirmation email.

  • All checkout information is filled out accurately, especially your email address.

After submission, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us with your buylist number and submission email.

Drop-Off & Shipping Options

  • In-Store Drop-Off: Once your buylist is submitted, you may drop off your cards at your selected location during store hours. No approval email is required.

  • Mail-In Submissions: Mail-in buylists must be approved before shipping. Approval emails are typically sent within 48 hours.

Payment Options

Payment is issued after your cards are received, verified, and processed. Available payout methods depend on your buylist total:

  • Store Credit (Gift Card):  

  • e-Transfer: Available for buylists over $0 and under $3,000 (Canada only).

  • PayPal: Subject to PayPal processing fees.

Payments are generally issued within 1–2 business days after processing. E-Transfers may take longer depending on bank processing times.

General Buylist Policies

  • Minimum buylist total: $5 (or equivalent store credit).

  • Sellers must be 18 years of age or older, or have a legal guardian complete the transaction.

  • Buylist prices are provided for reference and are subject to change at any time.

  • All listed prices apply to Near Mint, English-language cards unless otherwise stated.

  • Submitting cards constitutes an offer to sell items as-is.

  • Stardust Dragon Duel Academy reserves the right to refuse any submission or limit quantities at its discretion.

Buylist pricing is generally honoured if cards are received within the stated submission window. Late arrivals may be repriced based on current buylist values.

Failure to sort cards correctly will result in a 15% sorting fee, deducted from the final total.

Bulk Cards

Cards not individually listed on our buylists are purchased as bulk (Near Mint, English only).

  • Bulk pricing can be found by searching "bulk" within the buylist.

  • Bulk cards should be sorted at least by set, rarity, or alphabetically.

  • Bulk must be clearly separated from non-bulk cards.

  • The store credit bonus does not apply to bulk submissions.

Please package the bulk carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Deductions & Adjustments

If discrepancies are found between the submitted buylist and the received cards (condition, version, or quantity), adjustments will be made to the total. We will contact you for approval if deductions exceed 15% or $100, whichever is lower.

Once payment has been issued, all purchased cards become the property of Stardust Dragon Duel Academy and are no longer eligible for return.

Submissions with excessive errors may be rejected and returned at the seller’s expense.

Packing & Shipping Guidelines

  • Cards must be sorted in the exact buylist order that the cards are submitted in.

  • Remove sleeves unless cards are valued at $15 or more.

  • Include your name and buylist ID inside the package.

  • Clearly write the buylist ID on the outside of the package.

  • Use secure packaging with no excess movement.

  • Do not use rubber bands.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods. Stardust Dragon Duel Academy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
