How Pre-Orders Work
1. Browse Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items are clearly marked with "PRE-ORDER" in the product title and description. Release dates are listed on each product page.
2. Place Your Order
Add pre-order items to your cart and checkout normally. Payment is processed immediately when you place your order.
3. We'll Ship on Release Date
Your pre-order will ship on or shortly after the official release date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

- If the price increases before release, you pay the lower pre-order price
- If the price decreases before release, you automatically get the lower price
- We'll refund the difference if prices drop after you order

Release Dates & Shipping
Expected Release Dates
Release dates listed on product pages are based on manufacturer announcements and are subject to change. We'll notify you immediately if release dates are delayed.
Shipping Timeline
- Release Day: Orders begin processing on official release date
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days from release date
- Delivery: Standard shipping times apply (3-7 days Canada, 7-14 days USA, 10-21 days international)
Early Arrivals
If we receive products early, we may ship pre-orders before the official release date. You'll be notified if this happens!
Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
Separate Shipments (Recommended)
We recommend placing separate orders for pre-orders and in-stock items to avoid delays.
Combined Orders
If you order pre-order items with in-stock items:
- Default: Entire order ships when pre-order items release
- Split Shipping: Contact us within 24 hours to request split shipping (additional shipping fees apply)
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders can be cancelled under these conditions:
- Before Release Date: Cancel anytime up to 7 days before release for full refund
- 7 Days Before Release: Cancellations within 7 days of release are subject to 10% restocking fee
- After Release: Once shipped, our standard no-returns policy applies
How to Cancel
Contact us with your order number and cancellation request. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Order Changes
To modify quantities or add items to your pre-order, contact us at least 7 days before release date. Changes may not be possible for limited allocation items.
Manufacturer Delays
What Happens if Release is Delayed?
If the manufacturer delays the release:
- We'll email you with the new expected release date
- Your order remains active with price lock guarantee
- You can cancel for full refund if delay exceeds 60 days
- No action required - we'll ship when products arrive
Product Cancellations
If the manufacturer cancels a product:
- Full refund issued immediately
- We'll notify you via email
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
Allocation & Quantity Limits
Limited Allocation Items
Some pre-order items have limited manufacturer allocation. These products may have:
- Quantity limits per customer (noted on product page)
- First-come, first-served fulfillment
- Possible allocation cuts if demand exceeds supply
If We Can't Fulfill Your Full Order
In rare cases where allocation is cut:
- We fulfill orders in the order they were placed
- Partial refunds issued for unfulfilled quantities
- You'll be notified immediately if this occurs

Payment & Billing
- Payment: Charged immediately when order is placed

- Price Adjustments: Automatic refunds if prices drop before shipping
- Failed Payments: If payment fails at time of shipping, order may be cancelled
