Our No-Returns Policy

At Stardust Dragon Duel Academy, we operate a strict no-returns policy. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and maintain the integrity of our inventory.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final once the order is placed.

Why No Returns?

Trading cards are unique products that require special handling:

  • Authenticity Protection: Prevents card swapping or counterfeit returns
  • Condition Integrity: Ensures cards remain in stated condition
  • Competitive Pricing: Lower overhead allows us to offer better prices
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintains precise stock levels for rare cards

What We Guarantee

While we don't accept returns, we stand behind our products:

100% Authenticity Guarantee

Every card is guaranteed authentic. If you receive a counterfeit card, we'll provide a full refund immediately - no questions asked.

Accurate Condition Grading

All cards are graded using industry-standard criteria (see our Card Condition Guide). We grade conservatively to ensure satisfaction.

Correct Item Guarantee

If we ship the wrong card or product, we'll send the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund.

Exceptions to No-Returns Policy

We will accept returns or issue refunds in these specific cases:

1. Shipping Damage

If cards arrive damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged cards and packaging
  • We'll replace the cards or issue a refund

2. Our Error

If we send the wrong card, wrong quantity, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of what you received
  • We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund

3. Counterfeit Cards

If you receive a counterfeit card:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We'll verify and issue a full refund
  • This has never happened, but we guarantee it

4. Significant Condition Discrepancy

If a card's condition is significantly worse than listed:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos
  • We'll review and offer a partial refund or replacement if warranted
  • Minor subjective differences don't qualify (see our grading guide)

How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue
  4. Describe the problem in detail

We'll respond within 24 hours and work to resolve the issue quickly.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are also final sale. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless:

  • The product is cancelled by the manufacturer
  • We cannot fulfill the order
  • There's a significant delay (60+ days past release date)

Buyer Remorse

We understand that sometimes buyers change their minds. However, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Changed mind after purchase
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • No longer want the card
  • Ordered wrong card by mistake (please double-check before ordering)
