What are your shipping options?

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, $3.99
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, $5.99
Tracked shipping: $15.99
Free Shipping: On orders over $100 (Standard only)

All orders are carefully packaged.

How do you grade cards?

We use industry-standard grading practices to evaluate card condition:

Inspection: Each card is carefully examined under proper lighting
Centering: We assess how well the image is centred on the card
Corners: We check for wear, creasing, or damage to all four corners
Edges: We examine the card edges for wear or discolouration
Surface: We look for scratches, spots, or other surface imperfections
Back: The back of the card is inspected with the same care as the front

Our graders have years of experience and follow strict guidelines to ensure accurate, consistent grading.

What do card conditions mean?

Near Mint (NM): Card appears fresh from the pack with minimal wear. Slight imperfections only visible under close inspection.

Lightly Played (LP): Card shows minor wear from light play. May have slight corner wear or minor surface marks, but overall appearance is still very good.

Moderately Played (MP): Card shows moderate wear from regular play. Visible wear on corners and edges, possible light creasing or surface wear, but still playable and collectible.

Heavily Played (HP): Card shows significant wear from heavy play. Noticeable creasing, corner wear, and surface marks. Still functional but with obvious signs of use.

Damaged (DMG): Card has major damage including heavy creasing, stains, tears, or other significant defects that affect playability and collectibility.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

We prepare your order within 24–48 hours, unless it’s the weekend or a holiday. Make sure that your name and address are correct; if we need to get in touch with you to correct any of these issues, it will cause delays. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day (Monday-Friday). Please note that postal offices are closed on weekends and holidays; we will not be shipping out on those days.

Can my address be a PO Box?

We do not ship to PO Boxes by default. We may ship to PO Boxes on a case-by-case basis. If you require shipping to a P.O. Box, please notify us in advance, as your order may be automatically cancelled if we are not informed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipments within Canada usually arrive between 5-10 business days. Here is our best guess from experience:

Ontario: 1 – 3 business days
Quebec: 2 – 5 business days

What kind of cards do you buy?

We purchase individual cards from trading card games for which we currently have an active buylist. We do not buy sports cards, non-TCG items, accessories, or sealed products such as booster packs or decks.

Cards not listed on our buylists may be accepted at a bulk rate. To view bulk options, search “bulk” in the appropriate buylist. Bulk submissions must not include basic lands or tokens (MTG) or basic Energy cards (Pokémon).

All buylist prices are for Near Mint cards. Yu-Gi-Oh! Prices apply to 1st Edition cards unless otherwise specified. Cards that do not meet these standards may be repriced or rejected. Damaged cards are generally not accepted.

The following Pokémon sets in Moderately Played or worse condition are not accepted: Base Set Unlimited, Jungle Unlimited, Fossil Unlimited, Team Rocket Unlimited, and Base Set 2.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We make every reasonable effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking and delivery information if purchased with the tracking option. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders that do not include pre-order items are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days.

If an order contains one or more items designated as pre-order, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item has been released.

Customers who wish to split an order into multiple shipments must submit a request by email to Harrisonlightman@gmail.com, including their order number. Please note that, depending on the total value, size, and destination of the order, additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

I changed the store's currency to USD. Why am I being charged in CAD?

As a Canadian store, all of our payments are processed in CAD. The currency converter is provided as a convenience to our customers in the States, but it merely provides an estimate based on current exchange rates. The currency conversion itself will be done through your bank or payment processor.
